New Found Fave

As Creative Director in a consultancy capacity, my role was to elevate the brand in line with the intended audience (18-26yr olds). Fave is an independent fashion e-commerce platform, similar to Etsy & Not on the Highstreet.

Despite my advice to redesign it, the founders were attached to the existing logo and the blue of the text so my brief was to look at the colour palette and branding motifs to freshen it up.

Firstly, it was my suggestion that a more pastel palette be used alongside a more vibrant blue, creating a more feminine and contemporary feel. I introduced organic shapes and lines to inject some personality into the graphic identity, this motif could then be used throughout animation, website and social. I also suggested that 'New Found' was dropped to strengthen the name and logo.

I carried out extensive competitor research to draw up a social media aesthetic and pitched an overarching 12-month launch strategy.
