Thakeham Branding Refresh

After a rebrand 9 years ago, the brand was in need of a guideline refresh.

Working alongside the graphic designer in my team, we audited all existing collateral to identify issues and strengths with the original branding, using market research to support our findings. I suggested a new colour palette and a disruptor font to freshen up the brand as well as devising photography guidelines to ensure further brand consistency across new collateral.

I then managed the roll out business-wide, working with IT support to initiate font implementation as well as leading branding awareness sessions for all teams within the business.

As part of this branding refresh, I also proposed a rebrand of our internal value icons; Bolder, Smarter, Kinder, Further to bring them in line with the new branding & colour palette.
